Getting to know each other
We will spend time getting to know each other, understanding your goals and why property could be a good vehicle to help you achieve them. I would encourage you to think about this prior to our call, so I can understand how I may be able to help.
This time gives us chance to get to know each other, and to start thinking about how I can help you achieve your goals.
Step 2:

Mapping your property journey
This will include a personalised look at how we can action your specific goal(s), thinking about where you are now and where you can to get to, and how property can make that happen.
This will include a personalised action plan document that will be sent to you via email after the session.
Step 3:
Starting your mentorship
- Access to me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via WhatsApp/text.
- Bi-weekly, 1 hour check in/review call.
- Assisting with appraising a deal using our deal appraisal spreadsheet
3 MONTH MENTORING PROGRAMME
3 months can be paid upfront, or monthly at the start of each month.

Having built a 7 figure property portfolio from scratch, I am aware of the challenges and uncertainty this can bring. From viewing and offering on properties, understanding and carrying out refurbishment works and then recycling your funds out once complete, I am committed and excited to help support your property career.
I believe working with a mentor will fast track and help when looking to scale your property business and receive advice and support from someone who has over 5 years’ worth of experience investing in property, and a degree in estate management.
