I have learnt from Ollie that you don’t have to live in your investment area and can do it remotely. I had no interest (and still don’t) with getting my hands dirty and don’t have time to be involved with all details of a purchase, refurb, refinance, letting, management etc. We started working together in 2023 and so far I have purchased 2 properties with Ollie using the BRR strategy.
